The First concert of the tour and my 4th gig of RHCP. The day was slow and waiting was not fun. We had seats so we didnt bother lining up.

Got there about an hour before the gig and found they had huge line ups already. We stood to the side until the gig was about to start. as the lines started moving I went up the front to watch people going in and what was going on with security. They were advising people that they should have gone to the side if they had chili bowl tickets. We sussed out a few people who were talking about the bowl and said "hey you should be over there and they were like " ya better be telling the truth" because they were pretty close to entry. They left and we took their place. (Thats how you dont need to line up)

When we got it Harmar hadn't started yet so i took the opportunity to run back out to the car and get something. Took a while to get out but I did. getting back in was easy because security had gone awol and no one was at the door.

Got in and took my place. The gig started soon after Harmar had revealed parts we didnt really need to see and man did the peppers go off. Amazing in tro jam in to cant stop.

My highlights were Readymade, Velvet Glove, Nobodt weird like me and Give it away. The Jams were not too shabby either. Flea and his trumpet then a huge final Jam with Josh.

I could not have asked for a better night except the goose in front of me with the ghey looking spikey _style_ could have pissed off.

First Chili Peppers show, I loved every bit of it! I didn't think that I'd be able to get a ticket, as I missed out with both the presale and proper sale, and wasn't prepared to fork out $250+ for a ticket on eBay. Checked the website the morning of the show and 500 extra tickets had been released! Crappy seats however. When me and my mate got there we moved from our crappy no screen view seats into front row seats inline with the front of the stage, (You can see us a few times in the DVD) so it was all good.

Love the DVD and audio bootlegs you recorded Jason. Thanks for all the work you put into the DVD.

Also, just wondering did anyone who managed to get a setlist from this show scan it?

i am from adelaide and went to that concert and was 5 metres from stage!!!! so i would really appreciate it if you could send me the download _link_ instead of the viewing one...
